Curtis Stone & Josh Niland: Just One Fish

Proudly presented by Cargo Crew, renowned Fish Eatery Saint Peter provided the perfect location for a lunch experience to remember.

We were thrilled to welcome an intimate group of guests to side-step the hustle of their everyday workday, and step inside the doors of Saint Peter for incredible food and conversation. 

The idea for the event came to life through the connected experiences and collaboration between Cargo Crew, Curtis Stone and Josh Niland and is a celebration of bringing together the best of the best.

Both Curtis and Josh are absolute leaders and innovators in the culinary world, and Cargo Crew shares their passion for creating and delivering quality in everything they do.

Dressed in Cargo Crew Chefwear, the Just One Fish collaboration was delivered with perfection by Curtis Stone and Josh Niland.

The lunch was an immersive and interactive experience that used 'just one fish’ Murray Cod - throughout the entire menu. From the cocktails by RE bar to the snacks, main and dessert, every single dish involved an element of the Murray Cod. The whole fish baked in salt was a show-stopper and the fish ice (eye) cream was a truly surprising and innovative first for all!

Curtis and Josh worked together to create a truly memorable experience with Cargo Crew dressing the whole crew.
