Celebrating 20 Incredible Years!

Hip Hip Hooray!

Cargo Crew is proud to be a family-founded business and this July, we are celebrating 20 YEARS in business! We couldn’t be prouder of what we have created as both a family and the talented Crew of individuals who have joined us on our journey to make Cargo Crew what it is today.

Given the occasion, it was time to stop and smell the flowers and celebrate our 20-year milestone with a Festival Garden Party.

On Thursday 21st July 2022, we invited all who have made Cargo Crew what it is over 20 years to a special evening with a menu designed by our special guest, Cargo Crew Global Ambassador Chef Curtis Stone.

We loved transforming our showroom at our Cargo Crew HQ into a sea of paper flowers, delivering a completely immersive experience for all who joined us.

20 years of creating and innovating, working with incredible brands and clients, delivering our designs around Australia and now to over 80+ countries worldwide whilst sharing laughter and tears. There was a lot to reflect on and celebrate. Read on as we share the highlights of the evening and the past 20 years with you all!

We have always been passionate about the product we create and the service and experience we deliver to our clients. We love what we do, and this is what continues to drive the Cargo Crew brand forward.

20 years is no overnight success. It takes perseverance, determination, and an unwavering belief in what we do. Supported by an incredible team, together we continue to take Cargo Crew to new heights.

In 2000, with a $2,000 tax return burning a hole in her pocket, Cargo Crew Founder and Cheif Creative Officer Felicity Rodgers set out to reinvent what uniforms could look like.

At the time, in her eyes, the industry’s existing uniform providers offered the same generic options and little new in the way of design and style. Felicity used her Fashion Design background working with businesses big and small to create uniforms that truly represented their brand or venue, enhancing their customers experience and team member engagement.

Felicity was soon joined in the business by sister Narelle Craig and husband Paul Rodgers, who as Co-Founders became part of building Cargo Crew to be the family business it is today.

In recent years the appointment of Managing Director Luke Littlefield to the executive team, has further supported the business to grow and develop
