All uniform orders are sent Startrack Express shipping and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm on business days, and require a signature.
Due to the high volume and transportation difficulties during COVID-19, you may experience a delay in your delivery. Please check the tracking code on your shipping confirmation email.
Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide us with a street address for delivery.
Domestic orders are shipped via StarTrack Express and shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the order value. See table below for domestic shipping costs.

- Please allow 3-5 working days for shipment to reach you in metropolitan areas (excluding WA and NT which may take 7-10 days).
- Bulk orders that require branding will take longer. Please note, shipments to regional areas in all states will also take longer to be delivered.
- You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Cargo Crew, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination
In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a delivery, a note will be left by the delivery driver with instructions for how to book a redelivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time for redelivery within the conditions set on the note.
The StarTrack website will contain instructions for how you can track your order. All domestic orders can usually be tracked within 10 hours after the tracking number has been received.
Australian Orders: Pickup Location
If you selected 'Melbourne Pickup' at checkout and you have been informed by one of our staff that your order is ready for collection, this can be collected from our warehouse yellow door via our carpark. Please ensure you wear a mask.
Please note, your order will need to be collected within the next 5 business days. We will hold your order in our warehouse for 10 business days – if your order is not collected within this time the goods will be returned to stock and a credit for the total order amount will be sent back to you. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for stock availability if you need to replace a new order with us.
We stock our full range right here onsite at our Cargo Crew HQ warehouse. This means we can be laser focused on getting your orders out as quick as a flash!
- Australian Online Orders placed by 1:30pm are guaranteed to be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.
- International Online Orders placed by 12:00pm are also guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
Our dispatch promise excludes Embroidered items, and orders containing Pre-Order or Back-Ordered products.
Cargo Crew ship world wide! Simply select your country of destination and fill in the relevant address fields at checkout to generate the shipping cost of your order. We currently do not ship to Russia, Indonesia and Kuwait.
The COVID-19 crisis is having an impact on the global aviation industry, resulting in significant reductions or complete cancellation of passenger flights in most countries. This among other factors is impacting the charges for DHL and therefore they need to charge additional rates during this time.
DHL Emergency Situation Surcharge
Sending from Cargo Crew Australia to:
Asia - $1.50 AUD per KG
Rest of the world - $0.35 AUD per KG
This isn't a Cargo Crew charge, but directly by DHL and will be calculated at checkout and included in your total international shipping cost.
Please note, all orders will be charged in Australian Dollar currency AUD. Please refer to a currency conversion calculator to check your countries conversion rate.
International orders are shipped via DHL and shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping & Tax calculator in your shopping bag for an approximate delivery cost to your region. Customs, duties and fees may be incurred and are not included in the shipping calculation.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Shipments sent outside of Australia are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. Cargo Crew is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that you check your local customs office for the most up to date information.

If you would like a shipping quote on a bulk order, please add the desired items into your cart and navigate to your Shopping Bag where you will find an 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' calculator. Enter your delivery details and select Estimate to generate the shipping cost. Choose the shipping method and select UPDATE TOTAL for total the cost of your order. This is caluclated based on weight and quantity of our product and can be updated as you add more to your shopping bag.

Shipping of Pre-Order Items
Please be aware that we try to ship orders when all items are available to dispatch – rather than part shipping your order. This means that if your shopping cart contains a Pre-Order item, your order will be shipped in full only when the Pre-Order item becomes available.
Please contact us if you have Pre-Order items as part of your purchase and would like the available items to be shipped separately.
