Here at Cargo Crew, we are pleased to provide an in-house uniform embroidery service that makes branding your uniform an easy process!
Work with our experienced team to create a branded uniform that reflects your business and brand to its greatest potential. We will work with you to plan out the vision for your uniform, and provide you with expert recommendations on the best way to achieve this.
Logo embroidery is completed in-house by our master embroiderers on state-of-the-art Japanese machinery. Select from a wide range of premium thread colours to match your logo perfectly, and our team will provide artwork proofs & swatch samples for you to approve prior to roll-out.

Pricing for logo embroidery is dependant on a number of factors including the quantity, size of logo, & detail of the embroidery. There are also one-time set up fees for logo files. Refer to our Pricing Table below for an estimate of costs.

A one time set-up fee of $85AUD excl GST is charged for logo digitisation, artwork set-up and embroidery swatch sample.

Logo embroidery is an excellent choice when branding a uniform as it will withstand the wash-and-wear that uniforms require better than other logo applications.
We recommend embroidery for most branding jobs, and you can embroider aprons, shirts, tops, vests & pants in any position that our machines can fit. If you are considering a very large graphic print or wish to brand over pockets or seams, Screen Printing may be a better option for you. Please chat to our friendly team who are happy to work through the options with you.
- Minimum quantity on new & repeat orders: 6 units
- This quantity can be across multiple products as long as the logo is exactly the same. Eg. 3 Shirts + 3 Aprons to reach minimum quantity.
- Initial embroidery set-up cost is $85 AUD Excl. GST. A once-off cost that won't be charged for future orders of the same logo of the same size.
- Submit the enquiry form below & include as much detail as possible! Include products, quantities, and your desired logo size & position.
- Attach the logo artwork with your enquiry so we can provide an accurate quote. Files accepted include: Ai, EPS, or high resolution PDF or JPGs.
- We will be in touch within 1 business day with a quote, or further questions.
- On quote approval, you will be provided with an artwork of your logo to confirm position, size and colour for your final approval.
- You also have the option to select Compostable Bulk Packaging for your embroidered garments. If you select this option, we will pack your order in a home compostable bag in bulk quantities, instead of repackaging each item individually in a poly bag. Choosing this option means there is less waste for you when you receive your order. Please let us know if you’re interested in the service to help reduce packaging & wastage.

MOQ for logo embroidery is 6 units per logo design.
We can embroider your logo on to most of the Cargo Crew product range, there just needs to be enough clear space between any pockets and seams for us to achieve your embroidery. We are unable to embroider over seams, and any embroidery on pockets will sew the pocket permanently closed.
Please allow 10-14 business days from when you approve the final mock-up artwork design for your embroidered uniforms to be ready.
Our embroiderers will provide us an embroidered 'Swatch Sample' to check that the details of your logo look perfect prior to production approval. We will send a photo of this to you to review, along with any recommendations we have on alterations to the size or placement that may enhance your branding.
Artwork proofs and mock ups for logo position and sizing are part of our costed customisation service, and will be provided once order is confirmed and payment has been received.

We are unable to offer a logo design service and will require a final version of your logo. There are endless options of talented graphic designers a short google away who can help you with this if you have something in mind.
The cost of embroidery is dependent on the size and detail of the logo, as well as how many units are required. Please see pricing table per unit above. Please supply your logo as a high resolution .PDF .JPG .EPS or .Ai file format.
We recommend embroidery for most branding jobs due to the quality and permanency of the finish. Embroidery will wash and wear better than Screen Printing in the long run, and when it comes to uniforms, we know they need to be tough!

We can embroider on some pockets, however please note that this will stitch the pocket permanently closed. Speak to our team about your options.
We hate waste, so we’ve introduced new packaging options for our embroidered garments.
You have the power to reduce your plastic packaging by selecting our Compostable Bulk Packaging option for embroidery. Your non-embroidered items will come in their original packaging.
Instead of repacking each embroidered garment in it’s original packaging, we will bulk pack into a compostable bag that is home compostable. Let your amazing Client Service team member know you would like this service.
