Operations Rhythm for Skechers
  1. The Skechers portal will be open for the first two weeks of each month for area managers to place online orders for their staff.
  2. On the 15th of each month the portal will be closed. We will not accept any new orders.
  3. All order information will be collated and sent to marketing for approval.
  4. Once Cargo Crew receives approval from marketing, we will move forward and ship out all orders.
  5. Once orders have been sent, and the shipping cost has been calculated, Cargo Crew will invoice this amount and send it through to marketing. This invoice must be paid within 30 days.
  6. When there are less than 10 shirts of a size, we will alert marketing via email that it is time to place a top up order. Once the new size order is approved, we will have more shirts decorated. The turn around time for new shirts to be received in 7 – 14 business days.
When can I order?

The Skechers portal will be open for the first two weeks of every month. The order information will then be sent to Skechers head office for approval. All orders will then be shipped at the end of the month.

How do I identify which of my team members has placed an order?

When checking out via the Cargo Crew website, each staff member should leave ‘Comments’ with their full name. When you log into your account online, your order history will show the order names of who placed the order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Your items will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking details to your email as soon as your order is on the way.

How do I know if everything from my order has been shipped?

Your Tax Invoice will show all items that have been sent out with your order. You will also have a ‘Packing Slip’ included with your parcel. If the amount quantity between ‘shipped’ and ‘ordered’ is different, your order has been partially shipped and you can expect your outstanding items in a separate delivery.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by using the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the login page, or contact our team at Cargo Crew and we can reset your password for you!

I can’t see my size online, what should I do?

If you require a size that is not listed online, please contact our team so we can work with you to order the required size.

Returns / Exchanges

If the incorrect size shirt has been ordered for a staff member, this must be passed along to the store manager. The shirt is then to be held in store; sizes can be switched internally between stores.
