RAA ORDERING GUIDE
Welcome to the RAA x Cargo Crew Uniform Portal

The RAA x Cargo Crew portal is an online store where RAA employees can place orders for the new look RAA uniforms.

When using the RAA x Cargo Crew portal, employees can refer to this page to guide them.

How does the portal work?

Each RAA employee has a unique login to access the portal and place their uniform order. 

ACCOUNT DASHBOARD

  • Once logged in, you can select My Account which will take you to your account dashboard.
  • This dashboard is a great way to update your details, view any past orders, view your favourites and check your remaining account allocation.

GETTING THE RIGHT FIT

To ensure your garments are the correct fit, you can view the size guide page, which provides details on how to measure yourself to find the perfect fit.

  • The guide provides instructions of where and how to measure your body.
  • Compare those measurements to the size chart to determine your perfect size.
  • If your measurements vary into more than one size range, choose the larger size.
  • Please choose your size for everyday movement at work and comfort.

PLACING AN ORDER

 

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your billing and shipping addresses will already be pre-populated.

Make sure you double check your shipping address before proceeding.

Deliveries can be sent to any address as long as you are paying for the order in its entirety, including the cost of shipping, with your own personal credit card.

 

YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!

Once your order has been submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order number.

Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive a second email with your tracking details.

You can view any past orders in the My Account section which is located on the top right corner of the portal.

RETURNS

If you have ordered an item from the portal that is not suitable (due to size, fit, fault, or no longer requiring the garment) you can return your items within 30 days via the RAA portal.

Returns on staff purchases are at the cost of the purchaser, but can be easily managed with Cargo Crew via the uniform portal.

Please Note: Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
