Order your uniforms with confidence!

We hope you love your Cargo Crew uniforms, but if something isn't quite right you have 30 days to return your products from the date your order arrived to receive a full refund.

All Cargo Crew returns require a Return Authority ID number (RA number). Your return will not be processed without a valid RA number 

To obtain an RA number, fill out the Returns Form here with as much detail as possible. When we have received your for we will email you your RA number along with a link to the RAA Returns Portal. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this.


Terms and Conditions of Returns

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded
  • We will give you a full refund on your items by the same payment method as your original purchase was made.
  • We always process returns as quickly as possible – please allow 5 business days for this. Funds may take up to 10 business days to process back to your account depending on your financial institution.


The first page of the RAA Returns Portal will require your RA number and email address


Once you have submitted your RA number and email address, you will be required to fill out the returns details.


Enter your card details to pay for your return, then select Continue.


Once you have submitted your return, the portal will automatically take you to a Post Office locator tool to help you find your local drop-off point.


 Once your return has been submitted, you will recieve an email confirmation which will include your reply-paid lable.

When you have recieved your reply-paid lable, you can proceed with one of the following options:

  • Download and print the label to attach to the parcel.
  • Present the barcode to the Post Office and they will print the lable for you.

When you are ready to return your unwanted garments, please drop the return parcel at a local Post Office.


What's next?

Once the return has been processed, there will be two touch points letting you know the status of your return:

  • The first email will be to confirm that your return has been received by Australia Post and is currently in transit.
  • The second email will be to advise you that your return has arrived at the Cargo Crew warehouse.

Once Cargo Crew has received and checked your garments, please allow up to 24 hours for your refund to be processed.
