<p>Next Door Cronulla sent in this stunning and delicious recipe for their favourite summer cocktail &ldquo;The Penny&rdquo;, starring tequila, Cointreau and fresh blood orange juice. This refreshing &amp; tangy cocktail was a hit amongst the crew at Cargo HQ!</p>
