At Cargo Crew, our in-house embroidery service makes uniform branding easy!
Collaborate with our experienced team to create a uniform that reflects your business and brand to its greatest potential. We offer expert recommendations to plan out your vision whether that be logo placement or product selection.
We utilise state-of-the-art Japanese machinery with premium thread colours to match your logo perfectly. Artwork proofs and sample swatches are provided prior to roll out to ensure we got your vision right!

In 3 easy steps, you can start your apron uniform branding journey online.
1. Select your product. We currently offer online logo embroidery on all bib aprons.
2. Click Add Embroidery then Logo Embroidery. If you've previously had your uniform embroidered by us, select 'Existing Logo' otherwise, for new customers, click on 'New Logo', upload your logo file and follow the prompts.
3. Complete your order and checkout online.
It's as simple as that! Our team will then be in touch within 1 business day to start your artwork consultation and bring your brand to life.

Please allow 10 -14 business days from when you approve the final mock-up artwork design for your embroidered uniforms to be ready.
MOQ for logo embroidery is 6 units per logo design.
We can embroider your logo on to most of the Cargo Crew product range, there just needs to be enough clear space between any pockets and seams for us to achieve your embroidery. We are unable to embroider over seams, and any embroidery on pockets will sew the pocket permanently closed.
Our embroiderers will provide us an embroidered 'Swatch Sample' to check that the details of your logo look perfect prior to production approval. We will send a photo of this to you to review, along with any recommendations we have on alterations to the size or placement that may enhance your branding.
Artwork proofs and mock ups for logo position and sizing are part of our costed customisation service, and will be provided once order is confirmed and payment has been received.

Our process for any order with embroidery does include artwork proofs (digital mockups to show logo placement and sizing) for your approval before we move on to a swatch sample (embroidered sample of your logo sent via email) again for your approval before we head to bulk production.
We are unable to offer a logo design service and will require a final version of your logo. There are endless options of talented graphic designers a short google away who can help you with this if you have something in mind.
The cost of embroidery is dependent on the size and detail of the logo, as well as how many units are required. Please see pricing table per unit above. There is an initial set-up fee of $93.50 which is waived for future orders provided there are no changes. For a quote, send us an enquiry above and we'll take you through everything.
Please supply your logo as a high resolution .PDF .JPG .EPS or .Ai file format.
We recommend embroidery for most branding jobs due to the quality and permanency of the finish. Embroidery will wash and wear better than Screen Printing in the long run, and when it comes to uniforms, we know they need to be tough!
Unfortunately we are only able to embroider or screen print on brand new Cargo Crew stock.

We can embroider on some pockets, however please note that this will stitch the pocket permanently closed. Speak to our team about your options.
We hate waste, so we’ve introduced new packaging options for our embroidered garments.
You have the power to reduce your plastic packaging by selecting our Compostable Bulk Packaging option for embroidery. Your non-embroidered items will come in their original packaging.
Instead of repacking each embroidered garment in it’s original packaging, we will bulk pack into a compostable bag that is home compostable. Let your amazing Client Service team member know you would like this service.
Simply place the bag in your home compost or green bin.
