2024 Uniform Makeover Competition

ABOUT THE COMPETITION
1. The promoter is Cargo Crew LTD (ABN 12101289061) of 4 Scholar Drive, Bundoora, Vic, Australia 3083.
2. This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random.
3. The competition runs from Monday 18th December 2023 to Friday 29th March 11:59PM AEST 2024. The competition may be extended at the promoter’s discretion.
4. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
 
SUBMITTING AN ENTRY
8. To enter, entrants must be subscribed to the Cargo Crew Subscription list by entering the Uniform makeover competition. Entrants must confirm subscription and remain subscribed at the close of the competition for the entry to be valid.
9. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
10. Valid details must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
11. For an entry to be deemed valid, it must include a correct Email Address. Entries with incorrect email addresses will be deemed invalid and removed from judging.
12. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
 
SELECTING THE WINNER
13. The winner will selected at random, within 5 business days of the competition closing date, and will be notified by email.
14. Only the winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in a re-selection 72 hours after the initial judging, and the original winner will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.
15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner's details (first name and surname initial) will be published on Cargo Crew’s website at www.cargocrew.com/competition-terms-and-conditions.
 
PRIZE DETAILS
17. The prize consists of 1 x $1000 uniform voucher to be redeem at Cargo Crew in one transaction. The RRP value of the prize is $1000.00USD inclusive of duties, taxes and shipping. The Prize also includes a one (1) hour virtual styling session with a ‘Cargo Crew uniform expert’ to assist with branding in context of a uniform, styling, logo embroidery advice and or uniform personalisation. The advice is to be taken in context of your business and the good faith of the competition guidelines. It is in no way a sales tactic and there is no pressure to purchase from Cargo Crew then or into the future.  
18. The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be sold, auctioned or given away (i.e. one of the persons that collects the prize must be the person drawn in the competition).
19. The use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
 
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
20. Upon acknowledging receipt, the winner will be advised on how the prize may be delivered or collected.

2017 Fine Food Australia Competition

ABOUT THE COMPETITION

1. This is a game of chance.
2. The promoter is Cargo Crew LTD (ABN 12101289061).
3. The competition is open to attendees of the Fine Food Australia trade show at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre, 14 Darling Drive, Sydney, NSW 2000.
4. The competition opens 10am Monday 11th September 2017 and closes 4pm Thursday 14th September 2017. Entries received before or after this will be removed from the draw.
5. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The Laws of New South Wales govern this competition. Permit no. LTPS/17/16936.
7. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, theft, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
9. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Competition.

SUBMITTING AN ENTRY

10. To enter the competition, the entrant must subscribe to Cargo Crew’s mailing list, confirm subscription, and remain subscribed at the time of the competition draw.
11. Valid details must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
12. For an entry to be deemed valid, it must include a valid Email Address. Entries with incorrect email addresses will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw.
13. Cargo Crew reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
14. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Additional entries will be removed from the draw.
15. Entry is valid only to those residing within Australia.

SELECTING THE WINNER

16. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 18th September 2017 at 4pm at the offices of Cargo Crew, and will be notified by email.
17. The winners will have their details (first initial and surname) published on Cargo Crew’s website on Monday 18th September 2017 at http://www.cargocrew.com.au/competition-terms-and-conditions.
18. The winner must acknowledge receipt of Cargo Crew’s email by 9am Monday 18th December 2017. Cargo Crew will make reasonable attempts during this period to contact the winner. If prize is unclaimed by this time, a prize redraw will be conducted Tuesday 19th December 2017 at the same time and place as the original draw. The original winner will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by email within two (2) business days and will have their name published on Cargo Crew’s website on Tuesday 19th December 2017 at http://www.cargocrew.com.au/competition-terms-and-conditions.
19. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry, prize, or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by Cargo Crew) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Cargo Crew;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; and
(f) use of the prize.

4. The competition opens 10am Monday 12th September 2016 and closes 4pm Thursday 15th September 2016. Entries received before or after this will be removed from the draw.
5. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The Laws of Victoria govern Cargo Crew competitions.
7. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, theft, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition,& the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
8. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or& destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software,& failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Competition.

SUBMITTING AN ENTRY

9. To enter the competition, the entrant must subscribe to Cargo Crew’s mailing list, confirm subscription, and remain subscribed at the time of the competition draw.
10. Valid details must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
11. For an entry to be deemed valid, it must include a valid Email Address. Entries with incorrect email addresses will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw.
12. Cargo Crew reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
13. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Additional entries will be removed from the draw.
14. Entry is valid only to those residing within Australia.

SELECTING THE WINNER

15. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 19th September 2016 at the offices of Cargo Crew, and will be notified by email.
16. The winner must acknowledge receipt of Cargo Crew’s email by 9am Monday 26th September 2016. Cargo Crew will make reasonable attempts during this period to contact the winner. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in a redraw on Tuesday 27th September 2016 and the original winner will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.
17. The judges’ draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The winner's details (first initial and surname) will be published on Cargo Crew’s website at http://www.cargocrew.com.au/terms-and-conditions Prize details.
19. The prize is for $500 worth of Cargo Crew merchandise.
20. The total competition prize is valued at AU$500.
21. The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be sold, auctioned or given away (i.e. one of the persons that collects the prize must be the person drawn in the competition).
22. The use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Cargo Crew (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry, prize, or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by Cargo Crew) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Cargo Crew;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; and
(f) use of the prize.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

24. Upon acknowledging receipt, the winner will be advised on how a prize may be ordered, delivered and/or collected.
25. Cargo Crew, their associated agencies and companies associated with this competition take no responsibility for prize damage or lost in transit and Cargo Crew will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of the prize.
