Our website will remain available for convenient online ordering 24/7 worldwide.

With our range stocked on location in our quarantined warehouse, we're ready to ship out your orders ASAP to meet your needs.

Domestic Shipping

Please check your tracking code as domestic shipping carriers are experiencing high volumes and delays due to the pandemic. 

International Shipping

The COVID-19 crisis is having an impact on the global aviation industry, resulting in significant reductions or complete cancellation of passenger flights in most countries. This among other factors is impacting the charges for DHL and therefore they need to charge additional rates during this time. Please see our International Shipping Page for current charges.

Our showroom is now open

You can now visit our showroom at 4 Scholar Drive, Bundoora VIC 3083. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, where we have our full range on hand to try on and purchase.

Please follow the safety measures outlined below, in line with Victorian Health regulations.

If you have selected to pick up your online order, you can collect these from the team in the showroom.

Safety measures

In line with the Victorian Health advice, we have recently updated our safety measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

When arriving at our showroom:

  • Check-in via QR code on your smartphone, conveniently located at the front door.
  • Provide proof of your vaccination to our team members. This can be either a printed or digital COVID-19 certificate. Alternatively, you can provide us with a medical clearance certificate if you have a medical exemption. Please note that all retail stores require proof of double vaccination.

If you are unable to meet the health measures, you can still shop online 24/7 for home delivery or arrange for someone else to pick up your order through Click & Collect.

ORDER PICKUP

We offer order pick up if you are in our local area. If you have selected ‘Melbourne Pick-up’ as your shipping method at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. 

Please visit our showroom between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, following the safety measures outlined above and our team will have your order ready.
