Cargo Crew | Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Cargo Crew uniforms, but if something isn't right you have 30 days to return or exchange from the date your order was received on all Cargo Crew products.

All Cargo Crew returns and exchanges require a Return Authority ID number (RA number). Your return will not be processed without a valid
RA number.

To obtain an RA number, fill out the Returns Form below including business/individual name, items & quantity to be returned and reason of return.

Please note, once you receive the RA number it will expire in 10 days therefore the goods must be returned to Cargo Crew within this time.

For all Cargo Crew products, we will give you a full refund on your items. We will also refund you the difference, if any, for exchanges by the same payment method as your original purchase was made.

We always process returns/exchanges as quickly as possible – please & allow 5 days for this. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your card issuer.

We will happily exchange or return items, provided they meet our terms and conditions as outlined below.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen-printing.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• Good(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed

We recommend purchasing tracking – so you know it made it back!

Return postage cost will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact returns@cargocrew.com.au prior to returning to us. We cannot accept liability until items are received and have been confirmed as faulty.
